A warm welcome awaits you at Pendre Cottages, Newport Pembrokeshire!
We have two self catering accommodation units available for letting all year round - on a weekly or short break basis.

Newport is probably one of Pembrokeshire's best kept secrets. Preseli Mountains form a backdrop to this beautiful village and Newport Beach (Traeth Mawr- Newport Sands) is ideal for watersports enthusiasts and swimmers alike as its safe and has RNLI Lifeguards on duty throughout the summer months.

The Parrog is famous for its Boat Club where you can sit outside with a drink admiring stunning views across the estuary. In low tide you can even cross the river onto the beach as the water tends to be only knee-high. The Parrog beach is small with pebbles and gets flooded with the tide. In low tide however- it is a fantastic place for youngsters to fish for crabs - guaranteed fun for all ages!
There are countless beautiful walks around the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the Preselis - anywhere you go the views are spectacular and breathtaking.

 
The village itself boasts a variety of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops such as the butcher, Spar, chemist, ironmongers and newsagent. There is also a hairdresser, post office, library and a bank with cash machine - all within easy reach and without the need to use a car. There is also a very good whole food shop stocking many ranges of healthy, organic food.
Doctors surgery and Tourist Information Centre is situated in the main car park.

Iron Bridge is bird watchers paradise- many come from far and wide to observe rare breads visiting the estuary.

If this is not enough then you can always take a ferry trip to Ireland from nearby Fishguard Harbour.

No wonder visitors come back year after year!
